• Third-party tools, plugins, or resources used in the development process are not included in this as they could be governed by separate license agreements.
• Any pre-existing intellectual property—such as code, design templates, or proprietary tools—that was utilized in the creation of your Shopify store is still owned by us.

8. Termination of Services
   If you break these terms, don’t pay fees, or commit fraud or other illegal conduct, we have the right to suspend or stop providing you with our services. You can stop using our services at any time by giving us written notice. Any unpaid balances will be immediately payable upon termination.
